TEI has international success in managing, siting and permitting waste disposal, recycling and processing facilities. Environmental projects are capital intensive and high risk and we view our job as telling the client 'like it is'. Critical success components for projects with low viability and high risks are identified so that our clients can make the right decision for their business interests. Sometimes it is more valuable to hear why a project won't work, than it is to hear why - despite the odds - it will be a success. We work with the client to understand their risk tolerance to help evaluate the fundamental project suitability and risks.
